Ebb & Flow

I use the flow of my natural creative energy. My most recent body of work is a collection of contemporary drawings entitled "Ebb & Flow." The work explores different forms of water such is streams, the sea and lakes as well water usage. I enjoy layering and collaging drawings and exploring materials such as graphite, carbon copy transfer and different papers. Drawing is at the core of my practice because I feel at one with my body when I am doing it; this flow is really important to me. The act of mark making, provides me with a time when I can be  honest about how I feel about the world, the things that I see and how I interpret them.
